About Us

The South Macomb Disposal Authority was originally established under the provisions of Act No. 179 of the Michigan Public Act of 1947.  The municipalities in Macomb County, Michigan creating this Authority include: the city of Centerline, Eastpointe, Roseville, St. Clair Shores and Warren.  The purpose of this Authority is the operation of a Transfer Station, Landfills and ultimately the collection and disposal of garbage and compost.
